Base pay range

$31.00/hr - $38.00/hr

Position Summary

What you'll do...

1. Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback.
2. Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction.
3. Introduce and lead company change efforts, providing clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions and communicate business objectives.
4. Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards by following the One Best Way (OBW) service model, managing customer service initiatives, and supporting community outreach programs.
5. Develop and implement action plans to improve customer experience, address deficiencies, and ensure high service quality.
6. Drive financial performance by reviewing PL statements, managing budgets, forecasting, controlling expenses, and ensuring sales and profit goals are met.
7. Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and recognition.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, support company values, and uphold standards of ethics and integrity.
9. Build high-performing teams, embrace diversity, create a culture of belonging, and foster an environment where all associates can thrive.
10. Act with integrity, maintain accountability, and support Walmart’s mission of positive community impact.
11. Deliver results focused on customer satisfaction, making data-driven decisions, and balancing short- and long-term priorities.

Minimum Qualifications

2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. Additional background checks may be required depending on the role.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Leadership or related fields, experience supervising multiple direct reports, and relevant certifications.
