Base pay range

$31.00/hr - $36.00/hr

Responsibilities

1. Lead and develop teams through training, coaching, and providing feedback to associates.
2. Communicate and collaborate with all levels of store associates regarding store operations, business initiatives, and company direction.
3. Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards and support customer service initiatives.
4. Drive financial performance by reviewing financial statements, managing budgets, and controlling expenses.
5. Hire, train, mentor, and develop associates, ensuring diversity and inclusion.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and support company values and ethics.
7. Build high-performing teams, foster a culture of belonging, and promote continuous learning and improvement.
8. Act with integrity, maintain high standards of ethics, and support Walmart's mission and values.
9. Deliver results with a focus on customer satisfaction, data-driven decision-making, and balancing priorities.

Minimum Qualifications

2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience. Additional background checks may be required for certain facilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's in Business Management and Leadership or related certifications, experience supervising multiple direct reports, and leadership in performance management and mentoring.
