Position Overview

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years of college OR 1 year of retail and 1 year of supervisory experience OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Additional requirements for firearm or ammunition sales positions, including background checks and certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership or related fields.
• Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management and hiring.
