2 years of college, or 1 year of retail experience with 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience with 1 year of supervisory experience. Additional requirements include successful completion of all job-required training and assessments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Leadership, or certificates in People and Business Leadership, and experience supervising 5 or more direct reports with responsibilities in performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
