Base pay range

$31.00/hr - $38.00/hr

Responsibilities

1. Lead and develop teams through teaching, training, and providing feedback; communicate effectively with associates regarding store operations, technology, and business initiatives.
2. Model exceptional customer service standards, manage customer service initiatives, resolve customer issues, and implement process improvements for a high-quality customer experience.
3. Drive store financial performance by reviewing P&L statements, managing budgets, and ensuring effective merchandise presentation and inventory flow.
4. Supervise and develop associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations; foster a culture of belonging and accountability.
5. Support compliance with company policies and uphold Walmart's values and ethics.

Minimum Qualifications

2 years’ college OR 1 year’s retail and supervisory experience OR 2 years’ general work and supervisory experience. Additional requirements for firearm-related positions and training completion.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership, or experience supervising multiple direct reports with performance management responsibilities.
