Position Summary
As a Cake Decorator you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources.
- Plan bakery production to ensure consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs.
- Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and elevate associate engagement.
- Drive performance of the bakery area, ensuring quality, date control standards and waste elimination.
- Act as a brand advocate, model high-quality service, and mentor others in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented style.
- Comply with company policies, procedures and ethics, including food safety, sanitation, cold chain compliance, and inventory management.
- Complete work assignments and priorities using available data and resources, communicating progress and recommending improvement opportunities.
- Foster an inclusive workplace, embracing differences and building strong, trusting relationships.
- Maintain and promote the highest standards of integrity and ethics, supporting the organization’s regenerative goals.
- Deliver results while putting the customer first, balancing short- and long-term priorities, and making informed decisions.

Minimum Qualifications
- 6 months of experience in a fresh production area.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Completion of all required job trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period if selected.

- Cake decorating experience.

Salary and Compensation
The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
