Job summary

Castlery is hiring a National Trade BD Manager (United States) to lead the trade sales channel. You will own and grow the Trade business across the United States, nurture relationships with interior designers, architects, developers, and commercial clients, and proactively pursue new trade opportunities via outreach, events, and partnerships.

You will build a robust pipeline, plan trade events and showroom activations, and drive engagement through targeted EDMs and communications, while

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in B2B sales, trade sales, account management, partnerships, or business development.
• Proven ability to generate leads, open doors, and convert opportunities into outcomes.
• Strong capability to build long-term client and partner relationships.
• Deep understanding of the United States market and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Castlery’s Trade business in United States, driving lead generation, partner acquisition, and repeat sales.
• Build meaningful relationships with trade partners including interior designers, stylists, architects, developers, and commercial clients.
• Identify and approach new trade opportunities through outreach, referrals, events, and networking.
• Plan and host trade events, showroom activations, and community initiatives for the design community.
• Create and execute trade EDMs and partner communications to drive engagement and conversion.
• Maintain a strong trade sales pipeline and support lead conversion with showroom team.
• Share market insights to shape Castlery’s Trade offering in the United States.
