The role requires 8+ years in pharmaceutical trade or related fields, with strong Excel and BI tool skills, SAP ERP integration, and GTN experience. Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years experience in pharmaceutical trade, market access, or commercial operations.
• Experience with Oncology or Rare Diseases is highly preferred.
• Mastery of Excel and BI tools; knowledge of 852/867 data structures and ERP integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation of GPO contracts and translate terms into workflows.
• Manage performance metrics for Specialty Pharmacies and Wholesalers; monitor SLAs and POI.
• Oversee revenue integrity, GTN mechanics, and financial integration with CMS.
• Oversee daily chargeback adjudication and dispute resolution; ensure alignment with distribution activities.
• Collaborate with GTN/Government Operations to support accruals and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance and minimize revenue leakage through data-clearinghouse tools.
