Job summary

NewAmsterdam Pharma Company is seeking a Senior Director, Trade and Distribution to design and lead the U.S. trade and distribution strategy, spanning specialty pharmacy, wholesalers, 3PLs and retailers, with a focus on launch readiness and compliant order-to-cash.

You will partner with Legal, Finance, Supply Chain and Market Access to align distribution with patient access, drive partner governance, and ensure product availability across channels while supporting the company's ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12+ years in pharma/to biotech trade, distribution, or related functions.
• Experience leading channel strategy and 3PL oversight.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and launch experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and operationalize the U.S. trade and distribution model across channel partners and 3PLs.
• Lead launch readiness planning to ensure on-time product availability and compliant order-to-cash.
• Evaluate channel options across specialty and retail pathways and emerging models.
• Manage distribution agreements and governance with external partners.
