Job summary

Servier Pharmaceuticals, a Boston-based biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Manager of U.S. Trade & Distribution to own DSCSA compliance, Right of Sale governance, and serialization data exchange. You will drive interoperability with TraceLink and EPCIS, oversee 3PL partnerships, and lead UAT for system upgrades.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma supply chain or compliance, a bachelor's degree, and deep DSCSA knowledge. Occasional travel and collaboration with global teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical supply chain, trade operations, or compliance.
• Proficiency in TraceLink, EPCIS data standards, and SAP/ERP.
• Deep understanding of DSCSA interoperability requirements, ATP requirements, and drop-ship distribution models.
• Ability to interpret complex serialization exception reports and resolve data-sharing errors with 3PLs and wholesalers in real-time.

Responsibilities

• DSCSA Compliance and Right of Sale Governance.
• Serve as the primary business process owner for DSCSA compliance, managing transaction statements (T3), serialization data exchange (EPCIS), and interoperable traceability systems (TraceLink).
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of DSCSA interoperability requirements and translate them into internal SOPs.
• Manage VRS requirements and oversee governance of saleable returns to ensure compliance with federal verification mandates.
• Lead UAT for DSCSA system upgrades, partner connectivity projects, and cloud-based serialization tools.
• Coordinate with Regulatory, Legal, and Quality to vet ATP status of all partners in the supply chain.
• Trade Forecasting & Inventory Management; develop models and provide demand view across channel partners.
