Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Recruiter I to support recruiting for data center and engineering roles in the United States. This contract position is 100% onsite in Arlington, VA (with Seattle as a potential location reference).

You will manage high-volume sourcing, partner with hiring managers, and drive candidate engagement in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. You will participate in a structured ramp-up over approximately 45 days and leverage ATS and recruiting tools to document progress

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in technology roles, including data center/engineering.
• Proven track record in high-volume recruiting or sourcing.
• Able to meet hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with talent acquisition processes (sourcing, screening, lifecycle management).
• Familiarity with recruiting technologies and ATS.
• Strong communication with candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and source candidates across the United States for technical/infrastructure roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and lead recruiters on role requirements and business needs.
• Develop and execute recruiting plans aligned to hiring goals.
• Manage high-volume sourcing for multiple requisitions.
• Conduct outreach via email and virtual channels with a professional candidate experience.
• Hold live candidate discussions and assess fit and interest.
