Job summary

NoTraffic is seeking its first US Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment for GTM and Operations across the United States. You will craft compelling job descriptions, screen candidates, and conduct interviews, partnering with hiring managers to ensure timely, high-quality hires.

You bring 4+ years in hi-tech recruitment, strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS experience (Comeet is a plus).

Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a recruiter in hi-tech, leading end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles.
Ability to manage a high volume of open positions efficiently.
Experience owning US employment and hiring compliance across states.
Proven sourcing expertise is essential.
Experience with ATS and recruitment tools; Comeet a plus.
Attention to detail and commitment to a positive candidate experience.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Team player with strong communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Availability to work across all US time zones and authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end hiring processes from planning to execution.
Conduct screening calls and in-depth interviews via phone, video, or in-person.
Drive proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and referrals; build talent communities.
Use data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks and optimize recruitment workflows.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and timelines.
Maintain an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
