Job summary

NoTraffic invites a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our US team. The role focuses on defining and running the end-to-end hiring process across GTM functions and Operations, partnering with cross-functional teams to understand needs and craft compelling job descriptions.

You will manage the recruitment lifecycle, screen candidates, interview via video or in person, source proactively, and optimize processes with data-driven insights to ensure timely, high-quality hires and a superior candidate

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end hiring processes by planning, initiating, and executing the full recruitment workflow.
Conduct screening calls and in-depth interviews via phone and in-person or video conferencing.
Drive proactive sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and networks to build talent communities.
Leverage data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks and optimize processes.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and address hiring needs.
Foster a team-wide commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
