Job summary

NoTraffic is seeking its first US Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment for GTM and Operations across the United States. You will craft compelling job descriptions, screen candidates, and conduct interviews, partnering with hiring managers to ensure timely, high-quality hires.

You bring 4+ years in hi-tech recruitment, strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS experience (Comeet is a plus).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a recruiter in hi-tech, leading end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles.
• Ability to manage a high volume of open positions efficiently.
• Experience owning US employment and hiring compliance across states.
• Proven sourcing expertise is essential.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools; Comeet a plus.
• Attention to detail and commitment to a positive candidate experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Team player with strong communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Availability to work across all US time zones and authorized to work in the US.
