RemoteLeads is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition partner to source and close GTM talent for a six-month contract. You will partner with hiring managers and GTM executives to prioritize talent needs and deliver a high-touch candidate experience.

This fully remote US-based role emphasizes headhunting, market mapping, and KPI-driven recruiting, with a competitive day rate and potential extensions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-growing environment.
• Experience hiring go-to-market talent in the technology or SaaS sector.
• Strong headhunting skills for volume hiring and retained-search approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building trusted relationships.
• Confidence using recruiting tools while managing competing priorities.
• Entrepreneurial, autonomous, curious, pragmatic, analytical, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and GTM executives to identify and prioritize talent needs.
• Source, engage, assess, and close candidates across GTM roles.
• Develop headhunting strategies using market mapping, targeted outreach, and industry intelligence.
• Evaluate candidates for values alignment and required technical or commercial competencies.
• Deliver a transparent, high-touch candidate experience through the offer stage.
• Advise stakeholders, coach interview teams, and share recruiting best practices.
• Track and report talent acquisition metrics to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Improve Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and operating practices.
• Provide flexible recruiting support as hiring priorities and volumes change.
