Alter Domus is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner on a fixed-term contract for 4 to 6 months to support Direct Business and Central Functions in the United States. The hybrid role in Chicago, IL offers ownership of full-cycle recruiting and close collaboration with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver a consistent, candidate-focused experience.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles, govern processes, and coordinate with leaders to keep candidates informed.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience leading recruitment in-house or agency across multiple functions.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment end-to-end.
• Knowledge of sourcing tools, candidate assessment methods and selection best practices.
• Clear written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Sound commercial judgement with discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills across concurrent workstreams.
• Experience using SuccessFactors or a comparable ATS.
• Familiarity with US employment law related to recruitment practices.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for North America, building relationships with hiring managers and leaders.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles, including hiring plans and process governance.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates and build pipelines for key roles.
• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to support a candidate- and Hiring Manager-centered experience.
• Advise leaders on talent attraction strategies and optimal use of recruitment resources.
• Keep recruitment records up to date in the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure job postings are published accurately across channels.
• Draft and edit job descriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with HR to support smooth onboarding of new hires.
• Contribute to team projects and recruitment initiatives as directed.
