Job summary

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner for its Chicago hybrid office to lead US Business Services recruitment. You will advise leaders on attracting, assessing, and onboarding talent, using direct recruitment and agencies as needed to secure top candidates.

You will oversee onboarding and orientation, develop candidate pools, and drive recruiting campaigns while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple business verticals incl. Technology, Finance, Business Development, and Marketing.
• Experience with Workday or a similar enterprise-level ATS.
• Strong sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Advise hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and utilize diverse sources.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, and manage the ATS workflow.
• Leverage data and analytics to improve recruiting outcomes.
• Oversee onboarding and offer processes for new hires.
• Build candidate pools and employer branding campaigns to strengthen pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with EEO and OFCCP regulations.
