New Chapter Consulting is helping a fast-growing, UK-founded sustainable brand expand in the US. We’re seeking a hands-on Retail Sales professional to own the brand’s presence across the USA, building momentum with national and regional retailers.

You’ll manage buyer relationships from first meeting to listing and sell-through, plan promotions and pricing, and collaborate with UK leadership to shape the US go-to-market.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in retail sales within CPG, household, home care, beauty or a similar consumer category.
• Existing buyer relationships and strong understanding of the US retail landscape.
• Self-starter who’s happy rolling up their sleeves in a small, ambitious team.
• Genuine interest in sustainability and challenger brands.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the brand’s retail presence across the USA.
• Open new doors with national and regional retailers, and grow existing accounts.
• Build and manage relationships with buyers, from first meeting through to listing and sell-through.
• Plan promotions, pricing and range strategy to get the brand performing on shelf and online.
• Work directly with the UK leadership team, with real influence over how the US business is built.
