Qualifikationen

• 3-4 years of sales experience in fresh/perishable CPG, retail, wholesale, or foodservice.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools to translate metrics into actionable insights for business decisions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for sales calls and events.

• Drive Sales Growth: Proven record of driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets in grocery retail channels.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, distributors, and food service accounts.
