Job summary

Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations leader in the US to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma. The role coordinates with data, systems, and pricing workstreams to ensure reliable supply and compliant service delivery.

You will work with IT, Master Data, Regulatory, and commercial teams to drive process improvements and readiness activities. Salary ranges reflect market standards and include potential bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently deployed in a multi-disciplinary customer solutions role in the Bayer Pharma Division.
• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support; oversee third-party operations at Accenture and act as escalation point.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models; be SME for contracts, operational controls and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers; strengthen relationships with account managers, sales, finance, and marketing teams.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, pricing, government programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and standards with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Legal and external partners.
• Lead the integrated cluster plans, manage risks, decisions, and readiness metrics; provide updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 implementation and Bayer’s readiness approach.
