Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Supply Chain Operations leader in the US market, focusing on Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma. You will coordinate data, systems, traceability and special programs, ensuring reliable service delivery and strong customer satisfaction.

You will work with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to align requirements, manage risks and drive compliant process improvements in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree plus 5+ years in a relevant role or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical customer operations and regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP and serialization/traceability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations at Accenture and serve as the escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as a subject-matter expert for contracts, operational controls and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, customer operations, pricing, contracting, government pricing and special programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and standards, dependencies and controls with interfacing functions, such as IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Market Access, Legal, Compliance and external partners.
• Lead the integrated cluster plans and maintain project risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics, documentation and escalation paths.
