Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years in customer marketing or lifecycle marketing.
• Experience delivering retention, advocacy or migration programmes.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written communication to explain complex topics clearly.
• Autonomous work in remote/global structures.
• Experience with marketing automation, reporting and PM tools (Marketo, Salesforce, Knak, Asana).
• Strong attention to detail in compliance-sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver US customer retention programmes.
• Lead US customer advocacy activities with Sales, Product and CS teams.
• Own US migrations communications, planning, QA, live delivery and monitoring.
• Single accountable owner for assigned customer journeys.
• Collaborate with UK teams to adapt frameworks for the US market.
• Coordinate with Product, Renewals, Support, PS and Marketing Ops.
• Analyse programme performance and optimise engagement.
• Ensure all communications meet brand, legal and compliance standards.
• Share US customer insights to inform strategy.
