Job summary

IRIS Software Group in the United States is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager, Retention & Advocacy, to retain existing US customers through structured retention, advocacy and migration programmes. This hands-on role reports to the UK-based Customer Marketing team and is fully remote within the US.

You will own US customer journeys end-to-end, manage migrations, secure testimonials, collaborate with Sales, Product and Customer Success, and ensure compliance with brand and legal

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer marketing or lifecycle marketing.
• Experience delivering retention, advocacy or migration programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent written communication and ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Comfortable working remotely in a global reporting structure.
• Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Knak or Asana.
• High attention to detail in compliance-sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver US customer retention programmes to reduce churn.
• Lead customer advocacy activity in the US with testimonials and case studies.
• Own US-specific migration communications, including planning and QA.
• Act as single point of accountability for assigned customer journeys.
• Collaborate with UK team to adapt frameworks for the US market.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Renewals, Support, Professional Services and Marketing Operations.
• Analyze programme performance and optimise engagement and retention.
• Ensure all customer communications meet brand, legal and compliance standards.
• Share US customer insight to inform product and marketing strategy.
