Job summary

IRIS Software Group seeks a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to own US-focused customer journeys, retain customers and drive advocacy. This hands-on role reports to the UK Customer Marketing team and requires autonomy to manage migrations, renewals and communications across the US market.

You will work with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver measurable retention outcomes, produce customer assets, and ensure compliant communications.

Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years in customer marketing or lifecycle marketing.
• Experience delivering retention, advocacy or migration programmes.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written communication in a professional context.
• Comfortable operating autonomously in remote or global setups.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver US customer retention programmes that reduce churn risk and reinforce long-term value.
• Lead US advocacy activity, securing testimonials and case studies with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams.
• Own US-specific migration communications, including planning, sequencing, QA, live delivery and monitoring.
• Act as the single point of accountability for assigned customer journeys, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with UK-based teams to adapt frameworks for the US market.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Renewals, Support, Services and Marketing Operations.
• Analyze programme performance and use insights to optimise engagement and retention.
• Ensure all communications meet IRIS brand, legal and compliance standards.
