1840 & Company in Kansas City, KS, is seeking an experienced U.S. Recruitment Manager to lead recruiting delivery for high-volume and professional hiring across the United States. This strategic leadership role will oversee a team of U.S.

recruiters while managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through hiring. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership capabilities with deep recruiting expertise and can drive results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years U.S. recruiting experience.
• 2–3 years managing recruiters or recruiting teams.
• Experience leading high-volume recruiting programs with aggressive deadlines.
• Strong hands-on experience with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous hiring projects across U.S. markets.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies and building candidate pipelines.
• Experience recruiting across multiple job categories, including technology, AI/data, professional, customer service, or high-volume roles.
• Located in or able to work from the Kansas City metropolitan area.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and manage the U.S. recruiting team, including workload allocation, performance management, productivity optimization, and accountability for hiring results.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate qualification, client submission, selection, offer management, and hiring across multiple U.S. markets.
• Personally source, screen, and interview candidates when required by hiring volume or urgent client needs.
• Partner with LATAM recruiting resources to establish sourcing strategies and delivery expectations.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for multiple high-volume initiatives with candidate pipelines.
• Monitor recruiting funnels and address sourcing shortages, conversion issues, capacity constraints, and delivery risks.
• Own and drive recruiting KPIs including sourcing activity, time-to-fill, submittal-to-hire conversion, offer acceptance, and recruiter productivity.
• Drive ATS optimization, recruiting automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve processes and candidate experience.
