Springboard, a leader in online education with strong U.S. roots, is seeking a highly driven U.S. Recruiter for a full-time 6-month contract.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines quickly, and engage candidates across GTM and delivery roles in a fast-paced startup environment. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and efficient hiring execution, with the ability to work remote within U.S. business hours.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional recruiting experience, US-based
• Full recruitment lifecycle experience including sourcing and pipeline management
• Proven track record of proactive talent sourcing for high-priority roles
• Experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments
• Experience using Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Upwork
• Ability to leverage AI tools for sourcing and recruiting workflow efficiency
• Strong candidate identification, outreach, screening, and pipeline conversion
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work during US business hours / overlapping time zones

Responsibilities

• Own full-lifecycle recruitment for U.S.-based startup roles from sourcing to offer
• Proactively identify and build pipelines for GTM and delivery roles
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Upwork, Indeed, referrals, and other channels
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate profiles and requirements
• Conduct screens to evaluate experience, skills, and fit
• Maintain hiring data and pipeline progress in the ATS (Greenhouse)
• Ensure a seamless, professional candidate experience throughout the process
