Qualifications

• 2–3 years of headhunting or recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates across platforms.
• Strong pipeline management with focus on quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Excellent self-management and remote work ability.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with candidates and teams.
• Thrives under pressure with multiple requisitions and shifting priorities.
• Solid knowledge of US employment market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and engage top-tier candidates through diverse channels.
• Manage the full recruitment life-cycle from outreach to offer acceptance.
• Develop and maintain a diverse recruitment pipeline aligned with goals.
• Partner with stakeholders, hiring managers, and team leads to understand hiring needs.
• Use data-driven insights to refine sourcing strategies and metrics.
• Drive talent market mapping and competitor benchmarking initiatives.
• Champion the organization’s values and culture throughout the process.
