Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Sales, BD or KAM in POD, promo products, wholesale apparel, or related field.
• Proven track record of developing partnerships and growing key accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the US Print-on-Demand commercial strategy and partner recruitment.
• Develop account plans to drive growth and profitability across the region.
• Lead business reviews on sales performance, service levels and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with European POD team to align strategies and share market insights.
• Maintain CRM data and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
