Job summary

Staples, Inc. is seeking an Account Specialist Print to drive profitable print solutions and deliver exceptional customer support from quotation through delivery.

You will manage both transactional and programmatic print orders, collaborating with Sales, Implementations, Sourcing, and Suppliers to deliver seamless customer experiences while identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in print, digital copy, customer service, sales, or project management.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
• Professional and effective telephone communication skills.
• Strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage transactional and programmatic print orders and warehouse replenishment programs.
• Support internal and external print customers while driving profitable sales growth and retention.
• Manage queues and sales opportunities, converting requests into successful print sales.
• Provide timely communication throughout the order lifecycle: quotation, proofing, production, fulfillment, and delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementations, Sourcing, Print Support, Suppliers, and other teams for seamless solutions.
• Analyze and resolve customer issues through proactive problem-solving and cross-functional coordination.
• Maintain customer-branded websites and update program items.
• Leverage reporting and analytics to identify growth opportunities and improvements.
• Organize and maintain accurate customer records and critical business information.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Meet KPIs: win rate, engagement, SLAs, and process compliance.
