Dash0, a fast-growing observability company, seeks a US-focused People Operations lead to own the employee lifecycle across the US via a PEO. You will manage onboarding, payroll, benefits, leave, and policy questions with a pragmatic, hands-on approach and collaborate across time zones.

You will build playbooks, drive process improvements, support the performance and compensation cycle for US managers, and ensure timely final pay and compliance while aligning with Legal as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Roughly 5 to 8 years in HR operations, People Operations or HR generalist roles in a fast-growing tech environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of US multi-state employment practices including payroll, PTO rules, leave, benefits, acquisitions and contract management.
• Experience with PEOs, health benefits, and 401(k) administration.
• Strong judgment, decisive communication, and ability to coordinate across time zones.
• Excellent written and spoken English with a direct, practical communication style.

Aufgaben

• Own the US employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding across a multi-state workforce via a PEO.
• Be the go-to person for US payroll, benefits, PTO, policy questions, and accesses.
• Build and maintain US playbooks, checklists and templates; close gaps.
• Report on US headcount, attrition, PTO and onboarding health.
• Manage state-specific final pay, commissions, and separation timelines in coordination with Legal.
