Synthesia is seeking a systems-minded People Operations professional to expand our US People Ops function as we scale. You will partner with a four-person team to redesign workflows, own the US lifecycle from onboarding to promotions, and ensure data integrity across global HR systems.

You'll manage Rippling as the primary HRIS, improve processes, and drive automation to reduce manual work while maintaining privacy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in People Operations, HR systems, or similar role.
• Strong HRIS experience, Rippling preferred.
• Experience onboarding, payroll coordination, and benefits.
• Experience improving workflows and automating processes.
• Comfort with People data and reporting.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own US lifecycle processes from onboarding to promotions.
• Partner with US People Ops Specialist to deliver top-tier onboarding.
• Administer Rippling as primary HRIS.
• Improve HR systems, workflows, and integrations.
• Ensure payroll changes are accurate and timely.
• Maintain accurate and auditable People data.
• Identify automation opportunities to scale operations.
• Lead projects on the People roadmap.
