• HR systems and spreadsheets.

• Hire and onboard across locations, including offers and scheduling.
• Administer benefits and HR compliance across locations.
• Maintain a simple performance and feedback cycle.
• Advise managers on people questions, with escalation where needed.
• Develop policies and documents a growing team needs.
