This senior, hands-on role covers onboarding, offboarding, contracts, payroll data, relocations, visa processes, benefits, and policy compliance as the company scales. Qualifications

• Hands-on HRIS experience and strong People Ops knowledge.
• Multiple years of experience in People Operations or HR.
• Experience with onboarding/offboarding, benefits, and payroll data management.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding end-to-end for US new hires, from offer through day one and beyond.
• Manage offboarding and exit processes for US employees.
• Prepare and issue employment contracts and amendments; support payroll data accuracy.
