Rythm Health is seeking a highly organized People Operations Lead to manage onboarding, benefits administration, employee records, offer letters, and recruiting coordination. The role involves working across Rippling, Workable, payroll, and onboarding systems in a fast-changing environment.

You’ll influence onboarding checklists, partner with leaders across corporate functions, and ensure smooth candidate experiences from offer to integration within a remote-first culture.

Formación

• Proven experience supporting a People Operations, HR or Talent Acquisition team.
• Experience with HR, payroll, or benefits systems; Rippling preferred.
• Recruitment coordination experience; Workable preferred.
• Tech-savvy and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written communication and people skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment.
• Proactive problem solving and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Head of People with day-to-day Recruiting and People Operations priorities.
• Manage onboarding processes, including accounts, equipment, background checks, and first-day coordination.
• Prepare offer letters and ensure smooth onboarding transitions.
• Assist in benefits enrollment and employee questions.
• Own Warp and Rippling administration: profiles, workflows, provisioning, data accuracy, troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with finance on payroll-related updates.
• Maintain confidential employee records and improve onboarding templates.
• Respond to employee questions and coordinate with partners as needed.
• Support recruiting and People Ops needs across departments.
