Job summary

Nerdio is seeking a highly analytical Senior People Operations & Systems Manager to build and scale the operational backbone of our global People function. This role owns our People systems infrastructure, with a primary focus on Rippling, driving excellence across 40+ countries and beyond.

You will operate at the intersection of HR, technology, analytics, compliance, and process architecture, serving as the system owner, data architect, and strategic lead to elevate governance, reporting, and

Qualifications

• 7+ years in People Operations, HRIS, or HR systems leadership.
• Deep experience with Rippling or similar modern HRIS platforms.
• Experience with operational gap analyses and scalable system design.
• Experience owning HRIS administration, configuration, integrations, and workflow design.
• Strong analytics, dashboards and data visualization skills.
• Experience collaborating with IT and Security on governance and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Rippling system administration and governance.
• Serve as primary internal owner and strategic partner to Rippling.
• Identify inefficiencies, compliance exposure, and automation opportunities.
• Design scalable workflows across onboarding, lifecycle changes, and reporting.
• Lead global HR processes across 40+ countries with compliant workflows.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, IT and external vendors to ensure data integrity.
• Develop executive dashboards and board-ready reports.
