Hightouch in New York seeks a Sr. People Operations Specialist to scale day-to-day People functions, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and compliance. You will partner with Talent, Payroll, IT, and Workplace teams, own data hygiene in Rippling, and drive automation to reduce manual work.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of People Operations or HR operations in a high-growth environment.
• Expertise in benefits and multi-state U.S. leave programs; explain clearly.
• Fluent with HR systems and data accuracy; Rippling experience a plus.
• Experience with multi-state U.S. employment compliance; international employees via EOR.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and offboarding processes and scale for high volume.
• Manage leaves of absence end to end (FMLA, NY PFL) and complex benefits.
• Keep data clean in Rippling; build reports on demand.
• Handle complex employee questions; create self-service resources.
• Be SME on benefits, leave, and HR compliance.
• Ensure postings and notices, I-9/E-Verify audits, state registrations.
• Build Notion knowledge base and automate recurring work.
