You will drive systems, automation, and data integrations with Ashby and AI tools, while handling offers, onboarding, offboarding, leaves, and time-off to support a scalable workforce.

Qualifications

• 7+ years owning HR operations and systems at scaling companies.
• Deep Rippling expertise, automation experience, and comfort with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own systems, automation, and data, including integrations with Ashby and AI tools.
• Manage offer generation, onboarding, offboarding, leaves, and time-off.
• Administer benefits, state registrations, compliance, and work authorization.
