Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist with strong Rippling expertise to lead its setup and ongoing HR administration for a U.S.-based multi-location business. This hands-on role covers HR administration, HRIS implementation, payroll and benefits coordination, multi-state policy configuration, and employee support, with a focus on accurate data and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR operations experience supporting U.S. employees.
• Hands-on Rippling implementation and administration.
• Experience configuring entities, locations, payroll, benefits, and onboarding in Rippling.
• Experience with multi-state HR policies and payroll/time tracking.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rippling setup and ongoing administration.
• Configure entities, locations, employee data, onboarding.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and state IDs.
• Maintain employee records and compensation data.
• Train managers and employees on HR processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure efficient HR operations.
