Qualifications

• 3–5 years as a Payroll Practitioner with U.S. payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll and tax regulations.
• Experience with wage attachments/garnishments.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS/payroll systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain U.S. payroll for 700+ weekly employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and company policies.
• Process staffing transactions and mass uploads in Workday with proper documentation.
• Approve timecards and payroll trials; troubleshoot inquiries.
• Maintain accruals, garnishments, and leave/pay policies.
