Job summary

Pliant is seeking a driven Partnerships Enablement Manager for the U.S. to drive partner growth in North America. You will lead implementation, guide platform training, and serve as the long-term strategic account manager to maximize adoption and revenue.

The role blends project management, implementation, and client relationship work, reporting to the North America Partnerships Director. New York City hybrid work model available.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional work experience (as stated).
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive post-signature implementation for U.S. partners and coordinate technical integrations.
• Act as primary commercial and operational owner for live partners, track adoption metrics, and lead business reviews.
• Become expert on Pliant apps, APIs, and platform capabilities to train partners and troubleshoot for end-customers.
• Serve as central hub between partner teams and internal Product, Onboarding, Marketing, Data, Finance, and Operations to unblock bottlenecks.
