ustwo seeks a Principal-level Client Partner to grow a portfolio of client relationships valued at millions of dollars. You will own commercial growth, strategic direction and overall health of accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.

This is a hands-on growth role with outbound activity into cold accounts and collaboration with global leadership. Based in New York City, the role requires hybrid work and travel across the US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client services, account leadership or business development within a digital agency, consultancy or design and technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new workstreams by expanding services within existing clients across divisions and regions.
• Own revenue, profitability and forecasting for accounts valued at multi-millions.
• Build and maintain account plans mapping decision-makers and budget holders.
