Job summary

Amplify Activate Pty Ltd in Los Angeles is seeking an ambitious Partnerships Director to lead the U.S. market.

Reporting to a co-founder, you will drive new business, open doors with brand decision-makers, and win high-value partnerships with Fortune 500s, challenger brands, and top agencies. You’ll own the North American pipeline end-to-end—from first contact to pricing and deal structuring—while mentoring a regional team and collaborating with global delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven in partnerships or business development with leadership experience in the US creator/digital agency space.
• Live, active network of brand marketers and agency decision-makers.
• Expertise in new business acquisition, contract structuring, and margin preservation.
• Deep knowledge of social platforms, creator economy trends, and measurement partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the national partnership strategy across agencies, brands, tech platforms, and industry groups.
• Identify, target, and secure net-new agency and brand partnerships with Fortune 500s and high-growth brands.
• Own the NA pipeline end-to-end: from first contact to pricing, deals, and growing client accounts.
• Manage relationships with C-suite stakeholders and lead complex contract negotiations.
