Fluke in Everett, WA is seeking an experienced Direct Order Management Specialist to independently manage complex orders from receipt to delivery. You will collaborate across Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics and Finance to resolve challenges and ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, ownership, and continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-5 years of experience in order management, customer operations, customer service, sales support, or related functions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Order Management & Execution: independently manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment and delivery.
Customer Relationship Management: provide proactive communication and timely issue resolution to customers.
Cross-Functional Business Partnership: collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance and Customer Service teams.
Problem Solving & Operational Excellence: identify root causes and implement improvements to drive efficiency and quality.
Knowledge Sharing & Team Support: coach teammates and share best practices to lift overall performance.
