RealTruck Inc. is seeking an Order Management Specialist to monitor and manage purchase requirements for customers and coordinate with the supervisor for efficient order processing.

You will initiate direct customer contact, respond to sales support requests, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication on order status and product availability. The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, handling inquiries, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and product

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or account management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of database and internet software; SharePoint and related tools.
• Ability to read simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of contractual agreements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries and requests, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Manage open orders through the fulfillment process including releases, issues, and disputes.
• Maintain customer resources and requirements including portals, service levels, scorecards, and audits.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development to support customer needs.
• Collect and analyze data concerning customer behavior to inform changes.
• Track and analyze key account metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Use demand forecasting to anticipate client needs and ensure inventory.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
• Recommend and implement plans for efficiency and cost savings.
