Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Order Management in Plano, TX. You will own the complete lifecycle from order entry to billing for an assigned portfolio, ensuring compliance with policies and master purchase agreements while leading a team and driving KPIs.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in order management, ERP experience (SAP preferred), and strong communication and problem-solving skills to optimize end-to-end processes and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Order Management or Operations.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
• EDI experience in order processing and transactions.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of Order Management and Fulfillment for assigned accounts.
• Ensure orders comply with policies and master purchase agreements.
• Lead order entry through billing, resolving issues and escalations.
• Manage staff and achieve KPIs and SLAs; coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
