Job summary

The role partners with B2B and retail teams, liaises with UK tech for the US roadmap, and helps design scalable, omni-channel processes for rapid store growth.

Qualifications

• Proven US supply chain, logistics or fulfilment experience in DTC/ecommerce.
• Strong 3PL management across SLAs and improvements.
• Hands-on inventory management and reconciliation.
• Experience with returns and reverse logistics in a 3PL setup.
• Familiar with WMS, OMS and ERP systems.
• Ability to build and follow scalable processes in a fast-growing business.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of US supply chain operations: despatch, on-time delivery, invoicing and reporting.
• Be primary owner of the US 3PL relationship; conduct onsite visits and lead periodic reviews.
• Oversee inventory control, month-end reconciliation and discrepancy resolution.
• Manage end-to-end fulfilment from order to delivery and returns.
• Support US B2B and coordinate with retail stores for reliable supply.
• Coordinate with UK tech teams to support the US roadmap.
• Design scalable processes to support multi-store growth and omnichannel integration.
