Job summary

Reformed is seeking a US-based supply chain lead to own supplier relationships, run demand planning and ordering, and ensure quality with partner suppliers. You’ll be the on-ground US contact for co-manufacturers and 3PLs and support our US launches and pipeline.

We want 2–3 years in consumer goods, hands-on planning or procurement, and strong Excel/Google Sheets. You’ll thrive in a small, fast-paced team with shifting priorities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a consumer goods business — food, beverage, supplements, or adjacent
• Hands-on exposure to supply chain, operations, planning or procurement
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and ability to defend forecasted numbers

Responsibilities

• Own US supplier relationships with manufacturing and co-packing partners
• Run demand planning and ordering balancing subscription volume, launches and stock cover
• Control quality with partner supplier and chase root causes of issues
• Be the US point of contact for co-manufacturers, 3PLs, and logistics partners
• Support US product launches and future product pipeline
