Job summary

ForceBrands is seeking a Director of Operations & Logistics – U.S. to design and lead the company’s U.S. logistics and operating infrastructure.

This hands-on role requires experience building scalable systems and managing external partners within a global organization. You will own U.S. logistics execution, select 3PLs, ensure service levels and cost discipline, and drive regulatory compliance (FDA, FSMA, FSVP, customs).

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in operations/logistics or supply chain in food/CPG or regulated environment.
• Experience building or scaling logistics and operating models in high-growth or developing markets.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. import, logistics, warehousing, distribution, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing 3PLs, carriers, brokers, and other external partners.
• Experience working within a global or matrixed organization.
• Ability to align logistics with commercial growth and customer service.
• Comfortable in lean environments with evolving processes.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution and stakeholder management.
• Calm, credible leader capable of operating at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Design and establish the end-to-end U.S. operating model across import, logistics, warehousing, distribution, and customer delivery.
• Own U.S. logistics execution, ensuring service levels, reliability, and cost discipline.
• Select, structure, and manage external partners including 3PLs, brokers, and carriers.
• Build scalable processes, governance, and SOPs to support growth.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. regulatory and food safety requirements (FDA, FSMA, FSVP, customs).
• Serve as senior operational point of contact for audits, inspections, and escalations.
• Partner with global Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Procurement teams.
• Ensure alignment between global standards and U.S. execution.
• Represent U.S. operational requirements in broader company planning and decision-making.
• Help transition the U.S. business from early-stage setup to disciplined, repeatable operating model.
• Contribute to broader U.S. business planning and growth initiatives as a leadership team member.
