Job summary

Kin Euphorics is seeking a hands-on Fulfillment Operations Lead in Austin to own daily fulfillment from start to finish. You will personally drive operations while leading a small team of one to two hourly staff, reviewing orders, coordinating pickups, and ensuring on-time shipments across DTC, wholesale, and retailers.

The role requires initiative, urgency, accuracy, and the ability to resolve routine issues without constant direction.

Qualifications

At least 3 years in fulfillment, warehouse operations, shipping, logistics, or distribution.
Experience leading a small team and direct hands-on fulfillment.

Responsibilities

Own retailer, distributor, and wholesale purchase orders from receipt through final carrier pickup.
Review orders, confirm inventory, and prevent delays.
Coordinate freight pickups and shipping schedules with carriers and internal teams.
Prepare pallets, packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping docs.
Stage orders, ensure carriers receive correct freight on time.
Maintain records of pickups, shipments, delays, and exceptions.
Interact with customer service to resolve issues.
Lead daily fulfillment across e-commerce, inventory, and shipping systems.
Participate in picking, packing, labeling, and staging orders.
