Job summary

Fi is seeking a Logistics Manager to own our US fulfillment operation end to end. You will manage the 3PL relationship, inbound freight, and inventory integrity while driving cost per order and service levels.

This hands-on role requires a deep understanding of warehousing, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvements. Candidates should bring 5+ years in logistics or 3PL, strong data skills (SQL/Excel), and experience with ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics, fulfillment, or 3PL operations at a hardware/DTC company.

Responsibilities

• Own the US 3PL relationship, SLA scorecards, escalations, and quarterly business reviews.
• Own inbound freight from supplier to warehouse receipt and cost per order.
• Audit 3PL and carrier invoices monthly and recover charges.
• Negotiate carrier rate cards and drive cost-down initiatives.
